Service

DineCard provides a digital menu creation and hosting platform for restaurants. By using DineCard, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Subscriptions & billing

• The free trial lasts 14 days with no payment required.
• Paid plans (Monthly at ₹99/month, Yearly at ₹999/year) are billed through Razorpay.
• When any plan or trial expires, your menu URL and QR code go offline until you subscribe.
• You can cancel your subscription anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of payment.

Your content

You own all menu content you upload. By using DineCard, you grant us permission to host and display it publicly on your menu page. You are responsible for ensuring your menu content is accurate and does not violate any laws.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use DineCard for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Abuse the AI menu extraction service

Limitation of liability

DineCard is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of DineCard after changes constitutes acceptance.
